hello friends how are you all? today ,we are making an express face mask at home that gives our skin a radiant glow instantly . As soon as we apply it our skin will....

first take gram flour (besan) in a bowl. But in my house, besan was finished since i was making this early in the morning. so, what did i do? I grind black chickpeas in a mixer to make fresh and natural besan. 

add the pieces and Griend them well to  make a paste . then extract the  juice and pour it into a blow . Alright?

now , what the next step?

• take a little gram flour in the blow
• add some beetroot juice

add a little wheat flour

now mix everything well.......

After that, apply it to your face and leave it on until it dries completely, which will take around 15 minutes. Once it has fried, wash your face with water, Use a soft towel or cloth to gently wipe your face because using a rough cloth can make your skin slightly red and may causse damage. 

finally look at yourself in the mirror and simple at your glowing skin.
